Booking Terms and Condition – Tours can be booked for only after 2 working days from the date of booking.
1. All fares are valid for all departures 1st April 2019 – 31st March 2020 in Australian Dollars (AUD).
2. All fares supersede previously advertised prices.
3. Australian Dollar (AUD) prices include the Australian Goods & Services Tax of 10% (GST).
4. All prices are subject to any increases in Government taxes (eg National Park Tickets) or fuel surcharges and currency fluctuations.
5. Child rates apply to children aged 2 to 12 years inclusive.
6. Children 0 to 23 months are considered an infant and travel free of charge. .
7. All children over the age of 24 months must occupy a seat on the coach.
8. Children under 24 months must be seated on guardians lap. Tour Operator does not provide child seats or bassinets.
9. Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
10. All the tours requires a minimum number of guests to operate. Minimum numbers vary by tour.
11. In the event that minimum numbers are not met, guests will be offered an alternative tour or an alternative date of travel.
12. Tour Operators reserves the right to cancel or alter tour itineraries as deemed necessary. Tour operation or alterations to itineraries may occur due to road or weather conditions, strikes, public holidays and/or other factors. The company gives no guarantee as to the exact arrival or departure times of tours as circumstances beyond control may influence this.
13. All the pick-ups & drops for day tours will be either from CBD hotel or at a walkable distance. Please advise guests to be at the advised pick-up location 10 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time. Times are provided as a guideline and may be impacted by road or traffic conditions.
14. Guest accommodation details are required at the time of booking in order to confirm the most convenient hotel pick-up/drop-off.
15. Smoking is not permitted. Hot food / beverages are not permitted. Seat belts must be worn while travelling on coaches
16. Guests are strongly advised to take out travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances. (e.g. cancellation and curtailment expenses, loss of luggage etc).[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
